About David Dulberger
Mr. David Dulberger is currently a 5th grade magnet teacher at Emma K. Doub, a 1:1 Apple Distinguished School in Hagerstown, MD. Dulberger completed part of his student teaching internship in Auckland, New Zealand where he taught 5th grade as well. Dulberger is part of the 2015 class of Apple Distinguished Educators, a 2014 PBS Digital Innovator, a SMART Exemplary Educator, and a Front Row Ambassador. Dulberger has presented at a variety of conferences around the country including MSET Common Ground, CUE, FETC, and SXSWEdu. Dulberger is also a 2017 Teacher of the Year Finalist for Washington County Public Schools. He and his students are passionate about personalized learning, computer programming, and project based learning. He continues to deliver professional development for teachers who share his passion for instructional technology.
