Combining what he learned at FETC and the ADE Global Institute, Dulberger was excited to deliver an after school county level professional development at Emma K. Doub. The February 2017 presentation titled iPads in Elementary Education 2.0 highlighted some more advanced techniques for reaching the Modification and Redefinition levels on the SAMR ladder.

In January 2017 SMART Technologies asked Dulberger to give a presentation on his use of SMART Amp in the classroom at the Future of Education Technology Conference (FETC). Dulberger flew down to Orlando, Florida to deliver his updated SMART Amp in Action Presentation to a large crowd in the Expo Hall. 2016

In July 2016 Dulberger was ecstatic to attend the Apple Distinguished Educators Global Institute. Dulberger was reunited with his fellow ADEs from the United States and Canada, but also introduced to a whole new network of educators. This exclusive professional development experience was one that Dulberger will never forget.

At his third appearance at the MSET Common Ground conference in May 2016, Dulberger gave five presentations. Dulberger gave 4 presentations for LEGO Education on EV3 and We Do 2.0 implementation. The following day Dulberger presented his unique uses of SMART Technologies' collaborative learning software called SMART Amp.

In March 2016 Dulberger was flattered to present at SXSWEdu in Austin, Texas. With support from LEGO Education and Hopscotch Technologies, Dulberger presented his Coding the Common Core 2.0 Presentation. During this Future 15 presentation, Dulberger highlighted lessons from his multi-touch iBook as well as other strategies for implementing coding into instruction. 2015
In May 2015 Dulberger was asked by the Maryland Society for Education Technology to host a site visit to his 5th grade classroom. Rather than a traditional site visit where teachers, principals, and staff would physically enter the classroom, MSET piloted their first Virtual Site Visit! Viewers from all over the country tuned in live via Ustream to see Dulberger's classroom in action. The entire visit has been archived on YouTube and can be viewed on the right.

On June 2, 2015 Dulberger traveled to Washington, D.C. to present at the Content in Context Conference. Dulberger sat on a panel with 4 other presenters including Andrew Schlessinger from Schlessinger Media and Safari Montage. The 5 of them focused on the use of multimedia tools for instruction in a presentation called Developing Video Tools in the Age of Khan.
Dulberger returned to Ocean City, Maryland for MSET's Common Ground conference in May 2015 to deliver a new presentation. Dulberger eagerly shared his Coding the Common Core Presentation for the first time in public. The room was jam packed with well over 50 attendees.
During the 2015 Hour of Code week Dulberger and his 5th grade students teamed up with Hopscotch Technologies to launch a live webinar. During the 30 minute presentation Hopscotch, in New York City, interviewed Dulberger's class in Hagerstown, Maryland on how they integrate coding into their everyday curriculum. The webinar grabbed the attention of over 50 viewers on December 10, 2015. The video now has well over 500 views on YouTube.

2014
In July of 2014 Dulberger traveled out to Austin, Texas to become a certified as a My Big Campus Coach by Lightspeed Systems. After two days of a rigorous boot camp, Dulberger was a presenter at the Lightspeed Systems Connect Conference at the University of Texas Conference Center.
In May 2014 Dulberger's proposal to present at the Maryland Society for Education Technology (MSET) Common Ground Conference was accepted. Dulberger eagerly traveled to Ocean City, Maryland where he delivered his 5th Grade University Presentation to a room full of Maryland teachers and principals.
Dulberger also co-presented with his colleague Kevin Tressler and Apple Education (Dr. Eric Wood and Ellen Loos) at the 2014 Common Ground Conference. Dulberger and Tressler shared their iTunes University courses with conference attendees during this session. |

2013
Dulberger joined Apple Education and a few other colleagues from his school in December 2013 to host a professional development event at Hagerstown Community College. Dulberger shared ways to effectively integrate technology into an elementary classroom at the iPads in Action event. His presentation titled 5th Grade University was a big hit with teachers and principals from various Maryland, Virginia and D.C. schools. Dulberger created this video to share with iPads in Action attendees.
As a part of the South Hagerstown High School feeder digital writing cohort in collaboration with the University of Maryland, Dulberger was asked to make a how-to-video on the application known as Simple Mind. This video was used in CFIP (classroom focus improvement plan) meetings for teachers at E. Russel Hicks and South High who are beginning to use devices in their classrooms. Prior to making this video, David led back to back workshops for elementary, middle and high school teachers on August 20, 2013 at South High. His focus was digital story-telling.
